I wanted to show everyone some of the wonderful rugs my customers 

have made with their punch needles and their own designs.

This first group is the work of Leslie Hampton, of St. Petersburg, FL. 

She's only been doing punch needle for a few months now, 

but I love what she's come up with. 

She gets the fringe effect at the edges by setting the stitch length 

to a much longer stitch - what a great idea!

Some of these are worked with variegated

embroidery floss, some were done with Purrfect Punch acrylic.

I love the different effects, don't you?
